2008 – Fidelity Mortgage
today announced that its Senior Loan Specialist, Jack Sandelman was an
invited participant at a round table forum held at the request of
Congressman Vern Buchanan (13th Dist. - R.).
Additional invitees included local Real Estate industry leaders
from varying professions, including: Attorney Anne Weintraub of Icard
Merrill, P.A., Helen Sosso, President of the Sarasota Association of
Realtors®, Andrew Barnard of Lakewood Ranch Realty Co. , Jack Sandelman
of Fidelity Mortgage, Co. and several others.
The Wednesday afternoon forum focused on the topic of short sales and the many
issues these local real estate professionals are running up against in
the current market-place and possible solutions to the short sale
complication from a Federal perspective.
